Andrew Hannigan

Associate

As an Associate at Sun Mountain Capital, Andrew is responsible for contributing to all facets of the investment process across direct equity, private credit, and fund-of-funds strategies.

Prior to joining Sun Mountain Capital, Andrew was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, focused on advising clients on M&A and capital raising activities. Previously, Andrew worked at Brown Brothers Harriman in a variety of roles across asset & liability management, securities lending and foreign exchange in Ireland, the United States, Poland and the United Kingdom.

Andrew received his MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, where he also pursued the Sustainability Certificate. Andrew holds a BSc in International Business from Northeastern University and a BA in Global Business from Dublin City University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
